Standard - Free! (delivery in 2/3 working days).
Next day - £6.95 – order by 12pm the previous day (excluding weekends).
Saturday - £14.95 order before 2pm, sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered the following week.
Standard delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail.
Next Day will be sent with Royal Mail or UPS depending on size and weight.
We are unable to guarantee next day delivery to certain postcodes, please contact us before purchasing for confirmation.

USA orders over USD $200 may incur customs charges payable by the recipient
We do not cover any local custom, tax, duty, clearance charges etc, it is advisable to check the requirements before placing an order.
We are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO boxes at this time
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the payment and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order (where applicable) leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us by using our contact form.
We hope that you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Your item must be unused, in its original packaging with all labels, hang tags and accessories attached.
- We will confirm when we receive your package back
- We recommend that you get proof of posting for your item
- We are not liable for the cost of returning the item, unless it is faulty, in which case please contact us for details
- When we receive your item we will issue a refund against the original payment method, please allow 15 days
- If you are returning an item because of an error on our part,we will refund or exchange the item and pay your reasonable costs of returning it to us.
We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange please send the item back and then place a new order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product which has not been purchased directly through us. If you have a problem with a product please bring it back to the place of purchase.
On rare occasions a fault can occur, if you have a problem with your product please contact us at email@example.com.
If you have not purchased your item directly from us, please go to the original place of purchase.
If you are returning an item because because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the item or exchange the item and pay your reasonable costs of returning it to us.
